  • What does the GOLD PASS include?

    The GOLD PADDOCK PASS is valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, even if you would purchase ONE DAY package, you would still receive PADDOCK PASS valid for 3 days. The GOLD PASS gives you access to the paddock, designated grandstands and Pit Walk on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Delivery methods

    There are 2 options, which are: Delivery by courier to any address which has fixed cost of €15 to any address in Europe, €50 to rest of the world, and FREE of charge to be collect at the Accreditation Centre at the entrance of the circuit.

  • Cancellations & refunds

    More than 45 days prior to the event: 10% of the total amount

    From 45 to 30 days prior to the event: 50% of the total amount

    Less than 30 days prior to the event: 100% of the total amount

  • You haven’t received all items which you have purchased

    Please email to hospitality@worldsbk.com for any problems.

  • Parking

    You will receive a Welcome Pack which includes all relevant information regarding the event you wish to attend. Parking for all SBK Pit Lounge guests is at P1 area, which is marked in the map.

  • Lost wristbands

    As soon as you realise this either email to hospitality@worldsbk.com, or if you are already at the circuit please go to SBK Pit Lounge and talk to Dorna Staff member.

  • Food allergies and intolerances

    Please notify in advance by email to hospitality@worldsbk.com or to Dorna Staff member at the SBK Pit Lounge.
