B. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase regulate the purchase on the Website of WorldSBK Hospitality Packages (as defined and specified in article B.1.1. below) for certain rounds (the “Events”) of the FIM Superbike World Championship (“WorldSBK”).

WorldSBK Hospitality Packages are provided by and purchased from DWO.

Before any purchase, you must read carefully all the information provided on this Website, both before and during the purchase process, and examine and accept these Terms and Conditions of Purchase by checking the appropriate box made available to you during the purchase process and before concluding the purchase of any WorldSBK Hospitality Package.

1. WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY PACKAGES PURCHASE PROCESS

1.1. HOSPITALITY PACKAGES

Different Hospitality options and services are available during the Events of the WorldSBK:

PIT LOUNGE ONE DAY PACKAGE (including 1 day Paddock Pass – Saturday or Sunday– with Pit Lounge Hospitality access for Saturday or Sunday);
PIT LOUNGE WEEKEND PACKAGE (including 3-days Paddock Pass – Friday to Sunday – with Pit Lounge Hospitality access for Saturday and Sunday);
GARAGE ONE DAY PACKAGE (including 1 day Paddock Pass – Saturday or Sunday –– with Garage Paddock Hospitality access for Saturday or Sunday);
GARAGE WEEKEND PACKAGE (including 3-days Paddock Pass – Friday to Sunday – with Garage Paddock Hospitality access for Saturday and Sunday).

(the “WorldSBK Hospitality Packages”).

Additional information about the activities and services included in each package can be found in our Website.

Each WorldSBK Hospitality Package is intended for the specific Event for which it is being purchased and cannot be used for a different Event of WorldSBK.

1.2. WEBSITE REGISTRATION

The purchase of WorldSBK Hospitality Packages can only be made after registering on the Website. Registration to the Website is free of charges and shall be managed electronically.

In order to register on the Website and create an account, you must fill in the appropriate electronic form, entering the personal data requested, as well as an e-mail address and password, and click on the ''REGISTER NOW'' button.

The registration credentials (e-mail address and password) allow you to make purchases on the Website and to carry out inter alia the following activities, through a personal account called "My Profile":

check the status of your orders;
manage your personal data and modify them at any time;
change your password.

The registration credentials must be kept with extreme care and attention. Moreover, they can only be used by you and cannot be transferred to third parties. DWO assumes no liability whatsoever in the event that such credentials have been communicated or disclosed, intentionally or unintentionally, by you to third parties.

Therefore, you undertake to keep them secret and to ensure that no third parties have access to them. You also undertake to inform DWO immediately in the event that you suspect or become aware of any undue use or disclosure of the data.

You shall supply the real and correct information and data required for the registration to the Website and for the purchase of the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages. Such data must be real, so to be validated at any time if checked. It is your own responsibility to verify that the information provided during the purchase process corresponds to your purchase intention.

Should DWO suspect that some of the data supplied for the purchase is fake, not real or could be or become a fraud, your purchase and Profile can be suspended or cancelled.

If you do not provide all requested data, the registration process will not be completed and DWO will not be able to process any order for WorldSBK Hospitality Packages.

Any personal data provided by you during the registration will be used according to our Privacy Policy (privacy policy) and for the purpose of providing you the services agreed.

1.3. ONLINE PURCHASE

You will be able to purchase the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages and/or check their availability through our Website.

The maximum number of WorldSBK Hospitality Packages you may be able to purchase through the Website is 10 (ten).

In order to process the purchase of a WorldSBK Hospitality Package on the Website, you must click on the “Book Now” button and fill in an electronic order form, following the instructions that will appear on the Website from time to time. If applicable, the order form must be submitted within the maximum time indicated on the Website.

The purchase is concluded once the order form is received correctly by the Website server and the payment has been successfully processed. Before proceeding with the transmission of any order form and perform payment, you can identify and correct any errors in data entry by following the instructions on the Website in the various stages of the purchase.

Once the order and payment have been completed, the Website server will send you an e-mail to the address corresponding to your Profile, containing confirmation and order reference number. Final confirmation of the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages purchased, the relative instructions and the corresponding invoice will be received via e-mail separately.

1.3.1. Online Purchase Methods of payment

Payment of the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages purchased online on the Website can only be made by CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS and/or other electronic payment methods (the latter if available). The credit/debit cards accepted are indicated in the "Payment" phase of the purchase process.

The total amount owed by you to DWO shall be debited at the moment of transmission of the order.

Please note that payments are processed by Worldline Merchant Services Italia S.p.A. (hereinafter “Worldline”). Therefore Worldline general terms and conditions may also apply to your purchase. By concluding the purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of Worldline.

IF, FOR WHATEVER REASON, YOUR ARE ENTILTED TO ANY REFUND, DWO WILL ISSUE THE REFUND TO THE SAME CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (OR, IF AVAILABLE, OTHER ELECTRONIC PAYMENT PLATFORM) USED FOR THE INITIAL TRANSACTION. DWO WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUND IN CASH, BY BANK TRANSFER, CHECK OR OTHERWISE.

1.4. DIRECT PURCHASE (other than Online Purchase):

Alternatively to online purchase, you may be able to purchase the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages and/or check its availability by contacting directly DWO. You can contact us by sending an email to: hospitality@worldsbk.com.

Please note that WorldSBK Hospitality Packages purchased through direct purchase must be booked and confirmed 20 days before the relevant Event, at the latest.

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

2.1. PRICE AND PAYMENTS

All prices for the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages indicated in the Website are inclusive of VAT. Additional or substitute taxes, levies, impost and/or duties, if any, shall be paid by you at the applicable rate on the territory and time in which the Event is held.

Price list for all WorldSBK Hospitality Packages is available in the Website.

The price of the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages shall be the price set at the time of your purchase.

DWO reserves the right to change WorldSBK Hospitality Packages prices. Changes will not affect the prices of WorldSBK Hospitality Packages already ordered and paid for.

All payments shall be processed according to the method of purchase chosen.

All payments shall be made in Euros (EUR).

2.2. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You will have no right to withdraw from a purchase of WorldSBK Hospitality Packages that has been completed and/or obtain a refund in connection thereof, if you decide to cancel or cannot use the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages you have purchased. Specifically, you acknowledge and accept that, being the services supplied (i.e. hospitality for events) related to leisure time, which DWO undertakes to provide on a specific date, any right of withdrawal granted by any Consumer Code under the applicable law, if any, shall not apply.

2.3. FORCE MAJEURE CANCELLATION FEES

One or more Events of the WorldSBK may be subject to changes or updates when reasonably necessary. This includes alterations due to force majeure that imply the cancellation or rescheduling of an Event of the WorldSBK.

You accept and acknowledge that such alterations are beyond DWO control and may affect to the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages purchased by you on the following way:

When an Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond DWO control, you will be entitled to claim a refund from DWO of the 100% of the total amount paid for the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages.
When an Event is rescheduled due to circumstances beyond DWO control, the refund policy may vary depending on the case and you must contact DWO.

In case the Event took place and was only partially cancellated, no refund shall be due if WorldSBK Hospitality Packages were used.

DWO will only reimburse the amount paid for the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages, not being responsible for any further or additional expenses incurred in relation to other services not provided by DWO.

If the Event related to your WorldSBK Hospitality Packages is cancelled or re-scheduled, DWO will use its reasonable resources to notify you using the contact details you provided during the purchase process. Remember that it is your responsibility to inform us of any change to the contact address or e-mail.

If you consider that a refund may be applicable to your WorldSBK Hospitality Packages purchase, you must contact DWO, as soon as you become aware of such cancellation or rescheduling.

If refund is applicable, the provisions of article B.1.3.1 above shall apply. DWO will only make the reimbursement to the person that completed the purchase process, not to any final holder of the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages.

2.4. VOID WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY PACKAGES

Any WorldSBK Hospitality Packages obtained in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, shall be void and all rights conferred in them shall be void.

Any person seeking to use void WorldSBK Hospitality Packages in order to gain or provide entry to an Event may be liable to legal action and, if already gained entry, considered to be a trespasser and may be liable to be expelled.

Void WorldSBK Hospitality Packages are non-refundable.

2.5. WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY PACKAGES PURCHASE CONDITIONS FOR UNDERAGE

The purchase of WorldSBK Hospitality Packages shall only be processed if you are 18 years old or more.

WorldSBK Hospitality Packages for children from four (4) and under twelve (12) years-old will benefit of a reduction of 50% (fifty per cent) on the regular price. The reduction will be stablished in the corresponding purchase process.

For children under the age of three (3) the access is free.

3. WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY PACKAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

3.1. WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY PACKAGES DELIVERY

WorldSBK Hospitality Packages include:

a pass granting access to the Paddock Area of the Circuit where the relevant Event is held (the “Paddock Pass”); and
the access to the relevant hospitality located in the Circuit where the relevant Event is held (i.e. the Pit Lounge Hospitality or the Garage Paddock Hospitality, depending on the package that you purchased) to benefit of the related services (the “WorldSBK Hospitality”).

The Paddock Passes for the Events of WorldSBK are DIGITAL.

The Paddock Passes of your WorldSBK Hospitality Packages will be delivered via email to the address corresponding to your Profile and will indicate that you have right to the WorldSBK Hospitality you purchased.

Access to the WorldSBK Hospitality cannot be granted if you do not hold a Paddock Pass as well.

In order to enjoy your WorldSBK Hospitality Package you must first activate the Paddock Pass you have received via email.

Activation of the Paddock Pass must be done through the SBK® Pit In App, which you may install for free on your mobile phone from GooglePlayStore or AppStore. You will find all the instructions and steps to follow in the above-mentioned e-mail.

Please bear in mind that the Paddock Passes are personal and non-transferable. So the data to be provided in connection with the activation of a Paddock Pass must correspond to the person that is actually using that.

If you have purchased a WorldSBK Hospitality Package which will be used by persons different from you (including the case you have purchased multiple WorldSBK Hospitality Packages), please bear in mind that each WorldSBK Hospitality Package is valid for a single person, it is personal and non-transferable. Therefore, each users will be requested to activate his/her own Paddock Pass.

The activation of the Paddock Pass through the SBK® Pit In App will require each user to accept the terms and conditions of use, the privacy policies and the pass disclaimers provided in connection with the SBK® Pit In App. When purchasing a WorldSBK Hospitality Package you are aware and accept that acceptance of and compliance with said terms and conditions, policies and disclaimers in connection with the SBK® Pit In App are mandatory in order to be granted access to the Event of WorldSBK with a Paddock Pass.

Entrance to the Paddock of the Circuit will allow you (or the relevant other user(s) of the Paddock Pass) to reach the areas reserved to the WorldSBK Hospitality (i.e. Pit Lounge Hospitality or Garage Paddock Hospitality, depending on the package that you have purchased).

At the entrance of the WorldSBK Hospitality you will be welcomed by one of our hostesses and, after showing your Paddock Pass (associated to the relevant WorldSBK Hospitality Package) on the SBK® Pit In App, you will be provided with a wristband to access the WorldSBK Hospitality (the “Wristbands”).

3.2. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

It is mandatory to show the Paddock Pass, included in the WorldSBK Hospitality Package purchased, to access the relevant Event and the given Wristband to access the WorldSBK Hospitality.

Altering or defacing may invalidate your Paddock Pass and right of use.

With the Wristband you will be able to enter and exit the WorldSBK Hospitality at any time during the day(s) your WorldSBK Hospitality Package is valid.

Paddock Passes and Wristbands give access to the spaces and services of the WorldSBK Hospitality and are strictly personal and non-transferable during the Event.

Please note that if the Paddock Passes and/or the Wristbands are used by a person different from the one they correspond to, based on registration made through the SBK® Pit In App, they may be immediately withdrawn.

Wristbands must be always carried in a clear and visible manner. If the holder of the Paddock Pass / Wristband is found in a non-designated area or in violation of applicable security rules or protocols, the Paddock Pass / Wristband will be immediately withdrawn without notice.

DWO reserves the right to refuse Paddock Pass / Wristband holder admission to the WorldSBK Hospitality in reasonable circumstances, including for health and safety reasons or when Paddock Pass is void.

DWO reserves the right to request that Paddock Pass / Wristband holders to leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right.

Paddock Pass / Wristband holder must comply with instructions and directions given by DWO and its staff. Paddock Pass / Wristband holder shall NOT ACT while holding the given Paddock Pass, within the Circuit and during the Events of the WorldSBK in a manner which may be considered obscene, defamatory or attempting to the moral, public order and/or to the image of the WorldSBK and/or any Related Body, including FIM, in which case he/she acknowledges that DWO may automatically withdraw the given Paddock Pass/ Wristband.

No refunds will be given to Paddock Pass/ Wristband holders who have been refused entry or expelled from the Circuit due to their own behaviour and/or because they are in breach of the terms, conditions and/or policies herein indicated.

3.2.1. UNDERAGE PADDOCK PASS HOLDER

Any Paddock Pass / Wristband holder who is under the legal age in specific Country where the Event is held (“Minor”), must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult Paddock Pass / Wristband holder, who shall take full responsibility for such Minor.

3.3. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS

USE OF RECORDING DEVICES
The Paddock Pass / Wristband holder will not videotape, film or otherwise record his/her presence in the Events, in whole or in part, nor he/she will authorize or license any third party to do so, except that the Paddock Pass / Wristband holder shall expressly be permitted to take photographs images of the Events, provided that the use of any resulting photographs will be solely for his/her own use and not for commercial / profit purpose.
ALCOHOL FOOD AND SMOKING RESTRICTIONS
Alcohol and food may only be consumed when offered by and within the WorldSBK Hospitality service. The consumption of alcohol and food must follow DWO indications and schedule all times. It is forbidden to bring your own food and beverages to the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities.

Underage alcohol consumption is forbidden. DWO reserves the right to withdraw the Paddock Pass/ Wristband and expel from the facilities Minors consuming alcohol, their parents/legal guardians/ supervisors and any adult providing alcohol to said Minors.

In some cases, DWO may apply restrictions on alcohol consumption subject to the local regulation where the Event is held.

Smoking and vaping are only permitted subject to applicable laws in the designated areas within the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities which will be clearly marked.
PROMOTIONAL/MARKETING MATERIALS PROHIBITION
Paddock Pass / Wristband holder shall not bring into the Event and/or the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities or display or distribute (whether for free or not) at the Event and/or the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials even in subtle, concerted or subliminal ways.

The Paddock Pass / Wristband under no circumstances may be used for promotional and/or commercial purposes without prior authorization from DWO, nor may they be included in raffles or lotteries. The person or company that makes unauthorized use of them shall be liable for such acts and may face any legal action taken by DWO.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
The following may not be permitted in the Event and/or in the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities:

Animals (with the exception of guide dogs);
Laser pens;
Your own food and drink (unless permitted by DWO);
Bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by DWO);
The following articles must not be brought within the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities: knives, bladed items, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, drones, smoke canisters, air-horns/claxons/vuvuzelas or any similar item, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, selfie-sticks, bicycles/ roller-skates/skateboards/scooters/prams or any similar item, phone jammers, radio scanners, walkie-talkies, laser devices, illegal substances, bottles, glass vessels, any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety and/or sabotage or damage property or any item including protest (of a political, religious or other nature) or offensive slogans or messages;
Illegal substances.

Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities. DWO reserves the right to confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of DWO, may cause danger or disruption to others, the Event or the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities and shall have no obligation to return such item to the Paddock Pass holder or the owner or holder of such item and no liability in respect of such item.

The obstruction of gangways, access-ways, exits, entrances or staircases, congregating in non-designated areas or seeking entry to stands or areas for which you do not hold an appropriate pass is strictly forbidden

3.4. ACCESSIBILITY

DWO will make best efforts to provide an accessible environment for all customers.

WARNING: People in wheelchairs or any significant disability should warn DWO at the purchase moment, to try to make the most of your WorldSBK Hospitality experience.

3.5. PADDOCK PASSES AND WRISTBANDS

Depending on the WorldSBK Hospitality Packages purchased, different types of Paddock Passes and/or Wristbands will be provided.

3.5.1. PADDOCK PASSES:

SATURDAY PASS: This pass gives access to the circuit premises (Paddock) in order to facilitate the entrance to the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities and its services only on SATURDAY during opening hours.
SUNDAY PASS: This pass gives access to the circuit premises (Paddock) in order to facilitate the entrance to the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities and its services only on SUNDAY during opening hours.
WEEKEND PASS: This pass gives access to the circuit premises (Paddock) on FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY and will facilitate the entrance to the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities and its services on SATURDAY and SUNDAY (NO FRIDAY) during opening hours.

3.5.2. WRISTBANDS:

Wristbands are supplied for each day the WorldSBK Hospitality Package is valid and it is mandatory to wear them in order to access the relevant WorldSBK Hospitality facility purchased.

Different kind of Wristbands are supplied to the Paddock Pass Holder:

PIT LOUNGE HOSPITALITY: White or coloured Wristband for Saturday and Black for Sunday;
GARAGE PADDOCK HOSPITALITY: White or coloured Wristband for Saturday and Black for Sunday.

3.6. DRESS CODE

The required dress code is Smart Casual.

WARNING: The use of tracksuits, beachwear and/or swimsuits, flip-flops, streetwear, tank tops or vests will not be allowed.

3.7. FOOD ALLERGIES

Any intolerance and/or special food requirements must be communicated by email to hospitality@worldsbk.com at least 2 weeks before the relevant Event. DWO will make best endeavours to provide food options for people with intolerances or special food requirements when communicated in due time. WARNING: DWO and/or the Catering will not guarantee the absence of cross contamination of any allergens served in the WorldSBK Hospitality area.

DWO is exclusively entitled to procure or authorize the provision of all catering, food and beverage services for the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities and may appoint the Catering and such other persons as it thinks (in its absolute discretion) fit to provide such catering, food and beverage services (or part thereof). Paddock Pass holders are permitted to eat such food and beverages as are provided in the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities by the Catering free of charge but are not permitted to bring any kind of food or beverages into the WorldSBK Hospitality facilities without the prior written consent of DWO.

3.8. ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES

Subject to availability, DWO (acting in its absolute discretion) may allow the Paddock Pass holder to participate different activities (also in restricted areas of the Circuits) during the Event week-end, the availability of which shall be notified by DWO to the Paddock Pass holder from time to time.

DWO reserves the right to require at any time that each Paddock Pass holder, wishing to participate in any Entertainment Activities (especially on restricted areas), shall sign a waiver and release of liability form(s) as a condition of being granted access to the restricted areas.

For the sake of clarity, some entertainment activities are not available for children under sixteen (16) years old.

C. MISCELLANEOUS

1. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

2. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

I presenti Termini e Condizioni di Acquisto regolano l'acquisto sul Sito dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality (come definiti e specificati al successivo articolo B.1.1.) per determinati round (gli "Eventi") del FIM Superbike World Championship ("WorldSBK").

I Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality sono forniti e acquistati da DWO.

Prima di procedere con qualsiasi acquisto, è necessario leggere attentamente tutte le informazioni fornite su questo Sito, sia prima che durante il processo di acquisto, ed esaminare e accettare i presenti Termini e Condizioni di Acquisto selezionando l’apposita casella resa disponibile durante il processo di acquisto e prima del completamento dell’acquisto di un Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality.

1. PROCESSO DI ACQUISTO DEI PACCHETTI WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY

1.1.PACCHETTI HOSPITALITY

Durante gli Eventi del WorldSBK sono disponibili diverse opzioni e servizi di Hospitality:

PIT LOUNGE ONE DAY PACKAGE (include un Paddock Pass valido per 1 giorno - sabato o domenica - con accesso alla Pit Lounge Hospitality per sabato o domenica);
PIT LOUNGE WEEKEND PACKAGE (include un Paddock Pass valido per 3 giorni - da venerdì a domenica - con accesso alla Pit Lounge Hospitality per sabato e domenica);
GARAGE ONE DAY PACKAGE (include un Paddock Pass valido per 1 giorno - sabato o domenica - con accesso al Garage Paddock Hospitality per sabato o domenica);
GARAGE WEEKEND PACKAGE (include un Paddock Pass valido per 3 giorni - da venerdì a domenica - con accesso al Garage Paddock Hospitality per sabato e domenica).

(i “Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality”).

Informazioni aggiuntive relative alle attività e ai servizi inclusi in ciascun pacchetto sono disponibili sul nostro Sito.

Ogni Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality è valido esclusivamente per l’Evento specifico per il quale viene acquistato e non può essere utilizzato per un Evento diverso del WorldSBK.

1.2. REGISTRAZIONE SUL SITO

L'acquisto dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality può essere effettuato solo previa registrazione al Sito. La registrazione al Sito è gratuita e viene gestita in modalità elettronica.

Per registrarti al Sito e creare un account, è necessario compilare l'apposito modulo elettronico, inserendo i dati personali richiesti, nonché un indirizzo e-mail e una password, e cliccare sul pulsante “REGISTRATI ORA”.

Le credenziali di registrazione (indirizzo e-mail e password) consentono di effettuare acquisti sul Sito e di svolgere, tra le altre, le seguenti attività attraverso un account personale denominato “My Profile”:

verificare lo stato dei propri ordini;
gestire i propri dati personali e modificarli in qualsiasi momento;
cambiare la password.

Pertanto, ti impegni a mantenere riservate tali credenziali e ad assicurarti che nessun terzo vi abbia accesso. Ti impegni inoltre a informare immediatamente DWO nel caso in cui sospetti o vieni a conoscenza di un uso improprio o di una divulgazione non autorizzata delle stesse.

Ti impegni a fornire informazioni e dati reali e corretti richiesti per la registrazione al Sito e per l'acquisto dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality. Tali dati devono essere veritieri, in modo da poter essere validati in qualsiasi momento in caso di verifica. È tua responsabilità assicurarti che le informazioni fornite durante il processo di acquisto corrispondano alla tua intenzione di acquisto.

Nel caso in cui DWO sospetti che alcuni dei dati forniti per l'acquisto siano falsi, non veritieri o che possano costituire o dar luogo a un tentativo di frode, l'acquisto e il tuo Profilo potranno essere sospesi o cancellati.

In caso di mancata fornitura di tutti i dati richiesti, il processo di registrazione non potrà essere completato e DWO non sarà in grado di elaborare alcun ordine per i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality.

I dati personali forniti durante la registrazione saranno trattati in conformità alla nostra Informativa sulla Privacy disponibile all’indirizzo [INSERIRE link informativa sulla privacy] e utilizzati esclusivamente per l’erogazione dei servizi concordati.

1.3.ACQUISTO ONLINE

Sarà possibile acquistare i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality e/o verificarne la disponibilità attraverso il nostro Sito.

Il numero massimo di Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality acquistabili attraverso il Sito è pari a 10 (dieci).

Per procedere all’acquisto di un Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality sul Sito, è necessario cliccare sul pulsante “Book Now” e compilare un modulo d'ordine in formato elettronico, seguendo le istruzioni che verranno fornite di volta in volta sul Sito. Se previsto, l’invio del modulo d'ordine dovrà avvenire entro il tempo massimo indicato sul Sito.

L'acquisto è concluso quando il modulo d'ordine viene ricevuto correttamente dal server del Sito e il pagamento risulta completato con successo. Una volta completato l’ordine e il pagamento, il server del Sito invierà una e-mail all'indirizzo associato al proprio Profilo, contenente la conferma e il numero di riferimento dell'ordine. La conferma definitiva dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality acquistati, le relative istruzioni e la fattura corrispondente verranno inviate via e-mail successivamente.

1.3.1. Modalità di pagamento per gli acquisti online.

Il pagamento dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality acquistati online sul Sito può essere effettuato esclusivamente tramite CARTE DI CREDITO E DI DEBITO e/o altri metodi di pagamento elettronico (questi ultimi se disponibili). Le carte di credito/debito accettate sono indicate nella fase di “Pagamento” del processo di acquisto.

L'importo totale dovuto dall’utente a DWO sarà addebitato al momento della trasmissione dell'ordine.

Si informa che i pagamenti vengono elaborati da Worldline Merchant Services Italia S.p.A. (di seguito "Worldline"). Pertanto, all’acquisto potrebbero applicarsi anche i termini e le condizioni generali di Worldline. Concludendo l'acquisto, confermi di aver letto, compreso e accettato i termini e le condizioni di Worldline.

NEL CASO IN CUI, PER QUALSIASI MOTIVO, TU ABBIA DIRITTO A UN RIMBORSO, DWO EFFETTUERÀ IL RIMORSO SULLA STESSA CARTA DI CREDITO/DEBITO (O, SE DISPONIBILE, SULL’ ALTRA PIATTAFORMA DI PAGAMENTO ELETTRONICO) UTILIZZATA PER LA TRANSAZIONE ORIGINARIA. DWO NON EFFETTUERÀ ALCUN RIMBORSO IN CONTANTI, TRAMITE BONIFICO BANCARIO, ASSEGNO O ALTRE MODALITÀ.

1.4. ACQUISTO DIRETTO (diverso dall’acquisto online):

In alternativa all'acquisto online, è possibile acquistare i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality e/o verificarne la disponibilità contattando direttamente DWO. È possibile contattarci inviando un'e-mail a: hospitality@worldsbk.com.

Si precisa che i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality acquistati tramite la procedura di acquisto diretto devono essere prenotati e confermati almeno 20 giorni prima dell'Evento di riferimento.

2. CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI ACQUISTO

2.1.PREZZO E PAGAMENTI

Tutti i prezzi dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality indicati sul Sito sono comprensivi di IVA. Eventuali imposte, tasse, dazi e/o tributi aggiuntivi o sostitutivi, se applicabili, saranno a tuo carico in base all’aliquota applicabile nel territorio e nel periodo in cui si svolge l'Evento.

Il listino prezzi di tutti i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality è disponibile sul Sito.

Il prezzo dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality sarà quello indicato al momento dell'acquisto.

DWO si riserva il diritto di modificare i prezzi dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality. Tali modifiche non avranno effetto sui Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality già ordinati e pagati.

Tutti i pagamenti saranno elaborati secondo la modalità di acquisto selezionata.

Tutti i pagamenti saranno effettuati in euro (EUR).

2.2.ESCLUSIONE DEL DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Non avrai alcun diritto di recedere dall’acquisto di Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality che sia stato completato e/o di ottenere un rimborso nel caso in cui tu decida di cancellare o non possa utilizzare i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality acquistati. In particolare, riconosci e accetti che, trattandosi di servizi relativi al tempo libero (ovvero servizi di Hospitality per eventi), che DWO si impegna a fornire in una data specifica, qualsiasi diritto di recesso previsto da qualsiasi Codice del Consumo ai sensi della normativa applicabile non troverà applicazione.

2.3.SPESE DI CANCELLAZIONE PER CAUSE DI FORZA MAGGIORE

Uno o più Eventi del WorldSBK potrebbero essere soggetti a modifiche o aggiornamenti quando ciò risulti ragionevolmente necessario. Ciò include variazioni dovute a cause di forza maggiore che comportano la cancellazione o la riprogrammazione di un Evento del WorldSBK.

Accetti e sei consapevole che tali modifiche sono al di fuori del controllo di DWO e che potrebbero influire sui Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality acquistati nei seguenti modi:

Qualora un Evento venga cancellato per cause che esulano dal controllo di DWO, l’utente avrà diritto a richiedere il rimborso da parte di DWO del 100% dell'importo totale pagato per i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality.
Qualora un Evento venga riprogrammato per cause che esulano dal controllo di DWO, la politica di rimborso potrà variare a seconda del caso specifico e dovrai contattare DWO.

Nel caso in cui l'Evento abbia avuto luogo e sia stato solo parzialmente cancellato, non sarà dovuto alcun rimborso qualora i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality siano stati utilizzati.

DWO rimborserà esclusivamente l’importo pagato per i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality, non essendo in alcun modo responsabile per eventuali spese ulteriori o aggiuntive sostenute in relazione ad altri servizi non forniti da DWO.

Qualora l'Evento relativo ai Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality acquistati venga cancellato o riprogrammato, DWO utilizzerà ogni ragionevole mezzo per informare l’utente utilizzando i dati di contatto forniti durante il processo di acquisto. Si precisa che è tua responsabilità comunicare a DWO eventuali cambiamenti dell'indirizzo di contatto o dell'e-mail fornita.

Qualora tu ritenga di avere diritto a un rimborso per i Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality acquistati, devi contattare DWO, non appena tu venga a conoscenza di tale cancellazione o riprogrammazione.

Se il rimborso è applicabile, si applicheranno le disposizioni dell'articolo B.1.3.1 di cui sopra. DWO effettuerà il rimborso solo alla persona che ha completato il processo di acquisto, e non ad un eventuale titolare finale dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality.

2.4.PACCHETTI WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY NON VALIDI

Qualsiasi Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality ottenuto in violazione dei presenti Termini e Condizioni, sarà considerato non valido e tutti i diritti ad esso associati saranno nulli.

Chiunque tenti di utilizzare Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality non validi per accedere o far accedere altri a un Evento potrà essere soggetto ad azioni legali e, qualora abbia già ottenuto l’accesso, potrà essere considerato un trasgressore e conseguentemente allontanato.

I Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality non validi non sono rimborsabili.

2.5.CONDIZIONI DI ACQUISTO DEI PACCHETTI WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY PER I MINORENNI

L'acquisto dei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality potrà essere effettuato solo da persone di età pari o superiore a 18 anni.

I Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality per i bambini di età compresa tra i quattro (4) e i dodici (12) anni non compiuti beneficeranno di una riduzione del 50% (cinquanta per cento) rispetto al prezzo intero. La riduzione verrà applicata direttamente durante il processo di acquisto.

L’ingresso è gratuito per i bambini di età inferiore ai tre (3) anni.

3. TERMINI E CONDIZIONI DI UTILIZZO DEI PACCHETTI WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY

3.1. CONSEGNA DEI PACCHETTI WORLDSBK HOSPITALITY

I Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality includono:

un pass che consente l'accesso all’area Paddock del Circuito dove si svolge l'Evento di riferimento (il "Paddock Pass"); e
l'accesso alla relativa hospitality situata nel Circuito dove si svolge l'Evento di riferimento (ovvero la Pit Lounge Hospitality o la Garage Paddock Hospitality, a seconda del pacchetto acquistato) per usufruire dei relativi servizi (la “WorldSBK Hospitality”).

I Paddock Pass per gli Eventi del WorldSBK sono DIGITALI.

I Paddock Pass inclusi nei Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality acquistati saranno consegnati via e-mail all'indirizzo corrispondente al tuo Profilo e indicheranno che avrai diritto di usufruire della WorldSBK Hospitality acquistata.

L'accesso alla WorldSBK Hospitality è consentito solo se si è in possesso di un Paddock Pass.

Per poter usufruire del Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality è necessario attivare il Paddock Pass ricevuto via e-mail.

L'attivazione del Paddock Pass deve essere effettuata tramite l’app SBK® Pit In, che è possibile installare gratuitamente sul proprio cellulare da GooglePlayStore o AppStore. Nell’ e-mail troverai tutte le istruzioni e i passaggi da seguire per completare l’attivazione.

Si precisa che i Paddock Pass sono personali e non trasferibili. Pertanto, i dati forniti durante l’attivazione del Paddock Pass devono corrispondere alla persona che lo utilizzerà effettivamente.

Nel caso in cui tu abbia acquistato un Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality destinato ad essere utilizzato da persone diverse da te (incluso il caso in cui tu abbia acquistato più Pacchetti WorldSBK Hospitality ), si precisa che ciascun Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality è valido solo per una persona, è personale e non trasferibile. Pertanto, ogni utente dovrà attivare il proprio Paddock Pass.

L'attivazione del Paddock Pass attraverso l'App SBK® Pit In richiederà a ciascun utente di accettare i termini e condizioni d'uso, le informative sulla privacy e le clausole di esclusione di responsabilità previste dall’App SBK® Pit In. Con l’acquisto di un Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality confermi di essere consapevole e accetti che il rispetto e l’accettazione di tali termini e condizioni, informative e clausole di esclusione della responsabilità in relazione all'App SBK® Pit In sono obbligatori per ottenere l'accesso all'Evento del WorldSBK con un Paddock Pass.

L'ingresso al Paddock del Circuito ti permetterà (o permetterà agli altri titolari del Paddock Pass) di accedere alle aree riservate alla WorldSBK Hospitality (ovvero Pit Lounge Hospitality o Garage Paddock Hospitality, a seconda del pacchetto acquistato).

All'ingresso della WorldSBK Hospitality sarai accolto da una delle nostre hostess e, dopo aver mostrato il tuo Paddock Pass (associato al relativo Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality) sulla App SBK® Pit In, ti verrà fornito un braccialetto per accedere alla WorldSBK Hospitality (i “Braccialetti”).

3.2. CONDIZIONI DI AMMISSIONE

È obbligatorio esibire il Paddock Pass, incluso nel Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality acquistato, per accedere all’Evento in questione e il Braccialetto fornito per accedere alla WorldSBK Hospitality.

L'alterazione o il danneggiamento potrebbero invalidare il Paddock Pass e il diritto di utilizzo.

Con il braccialetto si potrà entrare e uscire dalla WorldSBK Hospitality in qualsiasi momento durante i giorni di validità del Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality.

I Pass Paddock e i Braccialetti danno accesso agli spazi e ai servizi della WorldSBK Hospitality e sono strettamente personali e non trasferibili durante l'Evento.

Si tenga presente che se il Paddock Pass e/o i Braccialetti vengono utilizzati da una persona diversa da quella a cui corrispondono, in base alla registrazione effettuata tramite l'App SBK® Pit In, possono essere immediatamente ritirati.

I Braccialetti devono essere sempre indossati in modo chiaro e visibile. Se il titolare del Paddock Pass / Braccialetto viene trovato in un'area non designata o in violazione delle regole o dei protocolli di sicurezza applicabili, il Paddock Pass / Braccialetto verrà immediatamente ritirato senza preavviso.

DWO si riserva il diritto di negare al titolare del Paddock Pass / Braccialetto l’accesso alla WorldSBK Hospitality in circostanze ragionevoli, anche per motivi di salute e sicurezza o nel caso in cui il Paddock Pass sia nullo.

DWO si riserva il diritto di richiedere al titolare del Paddock Pass / Braccialetto di lasciare il Circuito in qualsiasi momento per motivi ragionevoli e può intraprendere qualsiasi azione appropriata per far rispettare questo diritto.

Il titolare del Paddock Pass / Braccialetto deve attenersi alle istruzioni e alle indicazioni fornite da DWO e dal suo personale. Il titolare del Paddock Pass / Braccialetto NON DOVRÀ COMPORTARSI, mentre è in possesso del Paddock Pass, all'interno del Circuito e durante gli Eventi del WorldSBK, in un modo che possa essere considerato osceno, diffamatorio o che possa attentare alla morale, all’ordine pubblico e/o all'immagine del WorldSBK e/o di qualsiasi Organismo Correlato, inclusa la FIM, nel qual caso DWO si riserva il diritto di ritirare immediatamente il Paddock Pass / Braccialetto .

Non è previsto alcun rimborso per i titolari di Paddock Pass / Braccialetto ai quali sia stato negato l’accesso o che siano stati espulsi dal Circuito a causa del loro comportamento scorretto e/o per la violazione dei termini, delle condizioni e/o delle informative qui indicate.

3.2.1. TITOLARE DI PASS PADDOCK MINORENNE

Il titolare di un Paddock Pass / Braccialetto che sia minorenne secondo la legge del Paese in cui si svolge l'Evento (“Minore”), dovrà essere accompagnato e costantemente sorvegliato da un adulto in possesso di un Paddock Pass / Braccialetto valido, che si assumerà la piena responsabilità nei confronti del Minore.

3.3. RESTRIZIONI E DIVIETI

USO DI DISPOSITIVI DI REGISTRAZIONE
Il titolare del Paddock Pass / Braccialetto non riprenderà, filmerà o registrerà in nessun modo la sua presenza agli Eventi, in tutto o in parte, né autorizzerà né darà licenza a un terzo affinché lo faccia, salvo che il titolare del Paddock Pass / Braccialetto non sia espressamente autorizzato a scattare fotografie degli Eventi, e sempre che l’utilizzo delle risultanti fotografie sia esclusivamente per uso personale e non a scopo commerciale / di lucro.
RESTRIZIONI RELATIVE AD ALCOLICI, CIBO E FUMO
Alcolici e alimenti possono essere consumati solo se offerti all’interno del servizio di WorldSBK Hospitality e nei luoghi predisposti. Il consumo di alcol e cibo deve seguire le indicazioni e gli orari stabiliti da DWO. È vietato introdurre cibi e bevande proprie all’interno delle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality.
È vietato il consumo di alcolici da parte di minori. DWO si riserva il diritto di ritirare il Paddock Pass/ Braccialetto e di allontanare dalle strutture i minori che consumano alcolici, i loro genitori/tutori legali/supervisori e qualsiasi adulto che abbia fornito loro alcolici.
In alcuni casi, DWO può applicare ulteriori restrizioni al consumo di alcolici in base alla normativa vigente nel luogo in cui si svolge l'Evento.
Il fumo e l’uso di sigarette elettroniche sono consentiti, nel rispetto delle leggi vigenti, solo nelle aree designate chiaramente segnalate all'interno delle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality.
DIVIETO DI MATERIALE PROMOZIONALE/DI MARKETING
Il titolare del Paddock Pass/ Braccialetto non potrà introdurre, esporre o distribuire (né a titolo gratuito né a pagamento) all'interno dell'Evento e/o delle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality qualsiasi materiale di sponsorizzazione, promozionale o pubblicitario anche in modo non evidente, indiretto o subliminale.
È severamente vietato utilizzare il Paddock Pass/ Braccialetto per finalità promozionali e/o commerciali senza l’autorizzazione preventiva di DWO, né può essere incluso in lotterie o estrazioni a premi. La persona o la società che ne faccia un uso non autorizzato sarà ritenuta responsabile di tali atti e potrà essere soggetta ad azioni legali intraprese da DWO.
ALTRE RESTRIZIONI E DIVIETI
Non è consentito l'accesso all'Evento e/o alle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality di:

Animali (ad eccezione dei cani guida);
Puntatori laser;
Cibo e bevande propri (salvo diversa autorizzazione da parte di DWO);
Bottiglie, lattine o contenitori di vetro (salvo diversa autorizzazione da parte di DWO);
È severamente vietato introdurre nelle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality i seguenti articoli: coltelli, oggetti appuntiti o affilati, armi da fuoco, munizioni, fuochi d'artificio, droni, fumogeni, trombe da stadio/claxon/vuvuzela o simili, razzi, armi, oggetti pericolosi o nocivi, bastoni per selfie, biciclette/pattini/skateboard/monopattini/carrozzine o oggetti simili, disturbatori di segnale, scanner radio, walkie-talkie, dispositivi laser, sostanze illegali, bottiglie o recipienti di vetro, qualsiasi oggetto che possa essere usato come arma e/o compromettere la sicurezza pubblica e/o sabotare o danneggiare le strutture o qualsiasi articolo che includa slogan o messaggi di protesta (a sfondo politico, religioso o di altro tipo) o offensivi;
Sostanze illegali di qualsiasi tipo.

Chiunque sia in possesso di tali oggetti non potrà accedere alle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality. DWO si riserva il diritto di confiscare qualsiasi oggetto che, a suo ragionevole giudizio, possa rappresentare un pericolo o una fonte di disturbo ad altri, all'Evento o alle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality e non avrà alcun obbligo di restituire tale oggetto al titolare del Paddock Pass o al suo proprietario e/o detentore e non si assumerà alcuna responsabilità in relazione a tale oggetto.

È severamente vietato ostruire passaggi, vie di accesso, uscite, ingressi o scale, coì come sostare in aree non autorizzate o cercare di accedere a tribune o zone per le quali non si possiede un apposito pass.

3.4. ACCESSIBILITÀ

DWO si impegna al massimo per garantire un ambiente accessibile a tutti i partecipanti.

ATTENZIONE: Le persone in sedia a rotelle o con disabilità significative sono invitate ad informare DWO al momento dell'acquisto, al fine di consentire l’organizzazione delle misure necessarie per offrire la migliore esperienza possibile all’interno della WorldSBK Hospitality.

3.5. PADDOCK PASS E BRACCIALETTI

In base al tipo di Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality acquistato, verranno forniti specifici Paddock Pass e/o Braccialetti.

3.5.1. PADDOCK PASS:

SATURDAY PASS: questo pass consente l’accesso all’area del circuito (Paddock), per agevolare l’ingresso alle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality e ai relativi servizi esclusivamente il SABATO durante gli orari di apertura.
SUNDAY PASS: questo pass consente l’accesso all’area del circuito (Paddock) per agevolare l’ingresso alle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality e ai relativi servizi esclusivamente la DOMENICA durante gli orari di apertura.
WEEKEND PASS: questo pass consente l’accesso all’area del circuito (Paddock) il VENERDÌ, il SABATO e la DOMENICA, ma l’ingresso alle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality e ai relativi servizi è consentito esclusivamente il SABATO e la DOMENICA (NON IL VENERDÌ) durante gli orari di apertura.

3.5.2. BRACCIALETTI:

Per ogni giornata di validità del Pacchetto WorldSBK Hospitality acquistato verrà fornito un Braccialetto. È obbligatorio indossarlo per poter accedere alla struttura della WorldSBK Hospitality corrispondente.

Ai titolari di Paddock Pass vengono forniti diversi tipi di Braccialetti:

PIT LOUNGE HOSPITALITY: Braccialetto Bianco o Colorato per il sabato e Nero per la domenica;
GARAGE PADDOCK HOSPITALITY: Braccialetto Bianco o Colorato per il sabato e Nero per la domenica

3.6. DRESS CODE

Il dress code richiesto è Smart Casual.

ATTENZIONE: non è consentito l’uso di tute da ginnastica, costumi da bagno e/o abbigliamento da spiaggia, infradito, abiti sportivi, canotte o canottiere.

3.7. ALLERGIE ALIMENTARI

Eventuali intolleranze e/o esigenze alimentari particolari devono essere comunicate via e-mail all’indirizzo hospitality@worldsbk.com almeno 2 settimane prima dell’Evento di riferimento. DWO farà il possibile per offrire alternative alimentari a persone con intolleranze o esigenze alimentari speciali, purché comunicate con il dovuto anticipo. Tuttavia, non sempre è garantita la possibilità di offrire alternative alimentari e, in alcuni casi, potrebbe essere previsto un costo aggiuntivo.

ATTENZIONE: DWO e/o il Catering non garantiscono l'assenza di contaminazione da qualsiasi allergene negli alimenti serviti all’interno della WorldSBK Hospitality.

DWO ha il diritto esclusivo di fornire o autorizzare la fornitura di tutti i servizi di catering, cibo e bevande all’interno delle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality e può incaricare (a sua assoluta discrezione) il Catering e ogni altra persona che ritenga idonea per offrire tali servizi di catering, cibo e bevande (in tutto o in parte). I titolari di Paddock Pass possono consumare gratuitamente i cibi e le bevande forniti dal Catering all’interno delle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality, ma non sono autorizzati ad introdurre alcun tipo di cibo o bevanda nelle strutture della WorldSBK Hospitality senza il previo consenso scritto da parte di DWO.

3.8. ATTIVITÀ DI INTRATTENIMENTO

In base alla disponibilità, DWO (a sua assoluta discrezione) può consentire al titolare del Paddock Pass di partecipare a diverse attività (anche in aree ad accesso limitato dei Circuiti) durante il week-end dell'Evento, la cui disponibilità sarà comunicata, di volta in volta, da DWO al titolare del Paddock Pass.

DWO si riserva il diritto di richiedere, in qualsiasi momento, che ciascun titolare di Paddock Pass, intenzionato a partecipare alle attività di intrattenimento (in particolare in aree riservate), firmi una liberatoria di responsabilità come condizione per l'accesso alle aree riservate.

Per chiarezza, alcune attività di intrattenimento non sono accessibili ai minori di sedici (16) anni.

Ulteriori informazioni sulle attività di intrattenimento incluse in ciascun pacchetto sono disponibili sul nostro Sito.

C. DISPOSIZIONI VARIE

1. CLAUSOLA DI SALVAGUARDIA

Se una qualsiasi disposizione dei presenti Termini e Condizioni fosse ritenuta illecita, nulla, annullabile o per qualsiasi motivo inapplicabile, tale disposizione sarà considerata separabile dalle presenti Termini e Condizioni e non pregiudicherà la validità e l’efficacia delle restanti disposizioni.

2. INTERO ACCORDO

I presenti Termini e Condizioni costituiscono l'intero ed esclusivo accordo tra te e DWO per quanto riguarda l'accesso e l'utilizzo di questo Sito e sostituiscono qualsiasi precedente accordo, scritto o orale, relativo all'oggetto del presente documento. Riconosci e accetti di non aver fatto affidamento su dichiarazioni o garanzie di alcun tipo, espresse e/o implicite, salvo quelle espressamente contenute nei presenti Termini e Condizioni.

3. LEGGE APPLICABILE E GIURISDIZIONE

I presenti Termini e Condizioni, l'accesso e l'utilizzo di questo Sito, qualsiasi transazione effettuata su o tramite questo Sito, nonché eventuali obbligazioni extracontrattuali derivanti da o connesse a quanto sopra, e qualsiasi controversia che possa insorgere tra te e DWO sono disciplinati e devono essere regolati e interpretati in conformità alla Legge Italiana. Eventuali controversie che dovessero insorgere saranno sottoposte esclusivamente alla giurisdizione del Foro di Roma, Italia.

Utilizzando il presente Sito, accetti la giurisdizione personale e territoriale di tale Foro.
